*Bird’s eye chili.
*Cumin – 1 teaspoon.
*Cardomom – 2.
*Pepper – 1 teaspoon.
1) Rub salt to jackfruit pod after removing the seed. Keep it in a steamer to cook.
2) Make a paste of bird’s eye chili, shallots, and salt. Mix in coconut oil to get the consistency.
3) Make a paste of dried chilies, shallots, and salt. Mix in coconut oil to get the consistency.
4)Powder cumin, cardamom, and pepper. When water boils add the powder with coffee powder, dried ginger powder, and palm jaggery for sweetness.
