- Cauliflower- 1 kg
- Onion – 2 nos
- Garlic – 8 to 9 nos
- Ginger – 1 medium
- Coriander leaves – one hand full
- Chilli powder – 11/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Corn flour – 1 cup
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsap
- Oil – ½ kg
- Firstly ,cut , cleaned and washed the cauliflower, set aside.
- Take a bowl add cleaned cauliflower, chilli powder, corn flour and salt mix them well and marinated
for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan add marinated cauliflower and fry them well and drain ,set a side.
- Heat oil in an another pan add chopped onion ,chopped ginger and garlic saute them well .
- Add chilli powder ,coriander powder, and pepper powder saute them well .
- Now add fried cauliflower and combine them well.
- Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and saute them well.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty cauliflower fry with meals.
