Tasty Raw Mango Chutney


  • Mango -2 or 3nos
  • Shallots -7or8 nos
  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Curry leaves – 3 or 4 sprigs
  • Dry red chillies- 8 or 9nos
  • Salt – 1 or2 tsp


  • First of all,raw mango should be burnt on fired charcoal,keep aside.
  • Again doing the same process for dryredchilli andshallots.
  • Then wash and cleaned the dry red chilli and keep aside.
  • Again peel the half cooked raw mango and shallots keep aside.
  • Then grind dry red chilli , salt, grated coconut,half cooked raw mango, half cooked shallots and
    curryleaves ,transfer into a bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy the raw mango chutney with meals
