- Mango -2 or 3nos
- Shallots -7or8 nos
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Curry leaves – 3 or 4 sprigs
- Dry red chillies- 8 or 9nos
- Salt – 1 or2 tsp
- First of all,raw mango should be burnt on fired charcoal,keep aside.
- Again doing the same process for dryredchilli andshallots.
- Then wash and cleaned the dry red chilli and keep aside.
- Again peel the half cooked raw mango and shallots keep aside.
- Then grind dry red chilli , salt, grated coconut,half cooked raw mango, half cooked shallots and
curryleaves ,transfer into a bowl.
- Serve and enjoy the raw mango chutney with meals
