Garlic Chutney


  • Dry Red Chillies – 12
  • Garlic – 15 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 6 or 7 tblspn


  • First we grind the roasted red chilli and salt then we add the
    cloves and grind it well
  •  Add very little water and make it into a fine paste
  • Then we take little amount of water into the bowl and pour some
    oil and add the grinded chutney and mix well
  • Serve it
