- Milk – 1 ltr
- Ginger – small piece
- Cardamom – 3 nos
- Cloves – 1 nos
- Cinnamon – 1 nos
- Tea powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Firstly we have to crush ginger and keep aside.
- Then heat milk and water into apan .
- Add crush ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon mix them well.
- Now add tea powder and sugar mix and boil them well.
- Remove from fire and filter the masala tea through a tea strainer into a cup.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty masala tea.
