Masala chai

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 ltr
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Cardamom – 3 nos
  • Cloves – 1 nos
  • Cinnamon – 1 nos
  • Tea powder – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 or 3 tbsp

Method

  • Firstly we have to crush ginger and keep aside.
  • Then heat milk and water into apan .
  • Add crush ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon mix them well.
  • Now add tea powder and sugar mix and boil them well.
  • Remove from fire and filter the masala tea through a tea strainer into a cup.
  • Serve and enjoy the tasty masala tea.
