Ingredients
*Tapioca sun dried and powdered.
*Sugar.
*Grated coconut.
Method
1) Slice tapioca thin. Cook them in boiling water. Once cooked strain and dry them.
2) Powder the dried tapioca in a stone grinder.
3) Mix sugar and grated coconut to the powdered tapioca.

Ingredients
*Onion (big) – 10 nos.
*All-purpose flour – 1/2 kg.
*Ginger (big) – 1.
*Cumin- 1/2 teaspoon.
*Chilli – 4.
*Salt.
*Curry leaves.
*Oil.
Method
1) Slice the onions, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves thin. Add in cumin.
2) Add in all-purpose flour, salt, and water. Make a thick paste.
3) Heat a pan with oil to deep fry. Make small balls and flatten it. drop it into the hot oil. Fry till crisp.
Tasty onion fritters ready.
